Super Skate LLC (“Super Skate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Super Skate mobile application (the “App”), a workplace delivery operations tool for authorized drivers and related staff.
Accounts are created by Super Skate and/or the customer organization that employs or contracts you. There is no public self-signup. Login credentials are typically a company-issued email address and password (and may include other authentication such as two-factor verification or device biometrics).
How to request account deletion
- Email super.skate.llc@gmail.com from the email associated with your Super Skate account (or another address that can identify you).
- Use a clear subject such as “Super Skate account deletion request”.
- Include your full name and the login email for the account you want deleted.
- We will verify the request, deactivate the account, and confirm when access has been removed.
You may also contact your dispatcher or supervisor as part of employment offboarding. Emailing Super Skate remains available if you need to request deletion directly.
Employment and company email
Because Super Skate is a workplace tool, account access is typically deactivated when employment ends. Company-issued login emails are controlled by your employer and are usually deactivated as part of that offboarding. The email request steps above are provided so you can still request account deletion independently when needed (including for Google Play listing requirements).
What is deleted or deactivated
- Account access — you will no longer be able to sign in to the Super Skate app
- Authentication for that account — session credentials and sign-in for the deactivated account are revoked so the account is no longer usable
What may be retained
Operational work records generated while using the App may be retained as business records for Super Skate and/or the business customer, for as long as needed for operations, legal, accounting, or dispute resolution. This may include, for example:
- Routes, stops, and delivery metadata
- Proof-of-delivery photos and related documentation
- Vehicle, mileage, fuel, timekeeping, and similar logs
- Notes, statuses, and timestamps tied to completed work

Timing
After we verify your request, we process account deactivation within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs related to retained operational records. The App does not offer in-app self-service account deletion.
